Twas the last week before Christmas and all through this house……
This writer mouse was stirring, make that scurrying, to get a bunch of things done in a very short time. First, I am delighted to announce that Strike the Fire Book 3 of the Live Oak Series, after a super long winter’s nap, is in the process of being approved for release in an audio version. Here’s the new cover. 
Holiday Shopping and Planning is complete.
This little mouse is basking this morning because I actually have time to sit down with my laptop and chat. The Christmas tree is lit, the gifts are wrapped, the ingredients for Christmas dinner are bought and waiting for cooking on Christmas Eve day. Since we all have friends in different places, we are celebrating together on the 24th so that the 25th is just for family.
I expect to see wrappings flying, a lot of laughter because none of us can resist sneaking in joke gifts and groans about eating too much when we get up from the dinner table. This year, I had the bright idea to decorate a laundry basket for paper and ribbon collection. We’ll see if any of us can manage to three point a few tosses. I am not keeping score on my tries. Basketball was not ever one of my skills.
Now, hopefully, if the phone doesn’t ring or someone stops by, I will get back to working on Book 6 of the Live Oak Series. Tina is waiting for me to help her handle two weddings, the holidays and one really hot male.
