Strike the Fire, Book 3 of Live Oak Series is finally Available in Audio format.
I thought is moment would never arrive. The pandemic and a hurricane with catastrophic consequences ripped the scheduling to shreds. Fortunately, everyone came through the various situations safely in spite of property loss, shutdowns and relocations.
My favorite narrator, Erin Jones and her delightful family are finally settled in a new state. Here is a sample of Strike the Fire.

Strike the Fire is one of my favorite books of the Live Oak Series because it brings together so many characters and really showcases the kind of small town atmosphere that exists in a crisis. Neighbors helping neighbors. Area power companies set up caravans of extra equipment and personnel to head for the heavily damaged areas. Every day more people finished one project and looked around for a another place to lend a hand.
Ironically, shortly after this book was published, Live Oak dealt with the fringes of a hurricane. Believe me, my readers here suggested that I might not want to add any more events like this again. We got off lightly compared to what the rest of the state suffered.
The timing of Strike the Fire in this new version is just right for Valentine’s Day.
It’s hard to believe that the year has flown by so fast that Valentine’s Day is only a few days away. So, from my house to yours, from all of the friends and family of the Live Oak Series have a lovely Valentine’s Day.
