When Spring Comes Knocking, The Farm Starts Rocking.
I had to take two weeks to get things set up on the Farm. Winter has its own rhythm and I love it. I get a lot done. When spring comes, the Farm needs a bit of attention to make the transition. This year I redesigned the vegetable beds. My original beds were created before raised beds became popular so I had a few kinks to correct.
This is the new version and I love them. As you can see they are already popping up plants. The irrigation system takes less than ten minutes each morning to give enough moisture for optimum growths. The seeds have only been for a week.
On the writing front, I had an interesting development on an update. The darn thing ate all of my margins and I didn’t notice because I was writing late at night when my slice of the universe quieted. It was taking forever to finish a page. Knew I was tired so I figured that was the reason.
Wrong! The margins were non-existent. Every page was actually two pages long. Yea!!! I corrected the margins and instantly had double my page count. None the large word count made sense. So, I am about one third of the way finished with the first draft of Hidden Fire, Book 6 of the LIve Oak Series.
